Gerald Thomas, Deputy Director, North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation and Captain Lars Paul, Fayetteville Police Department, will describe their recent experiences with the exchange program. This timely program will provide inside perspective from participants about a program that was highly critical in the Spring of 2018 by the Durham City Council.
